STUDIO CIVALE is a boutique Law Firm highly specialized in the field of sport active since 2010 and now a reference in the sports industry.

The Law Firm provides legal and advisory services worldwide with a high level of professionalism and it represents Federations, Leagues, Clubs, Players, Athletes, Coaches, Companies and Agents in their disputes before the international and national sports resolution and arbitration forum (among the others FIFA, UEFA and AFC bodies, CAS, BAT and UCI).

STUDIO CIVALE offers advisory services by mediation or during the complex phases of sports negotiations to athletes, clubs, coaches, players’ agents, intermediaries, federations, companies and other sports stakeholders and frequently represents them in their disputes before the international and national sports resolution and arbitration bodies.

Salvatore Civale, the naming Partner of Studio Civale, since 2013 is the President of the Italian Sports Lawyers Association – Associazione Italiana Avvocati dello Sport (AIAS) which represents a network of more than 800 lawyers practitioners in sports law.
He is pro bono lawyer at UEFA Legal Aid project and Arbitrator at ECA – European Handball Federation Court of Arbitration, Wien, Austria. He is appointed Arbitrator in the Arbitration Panels of Italian Football Serie A established by the Italian FA (FIGC), Player’s Union (AIC) and Serie A League (LNPA). He is also National Sports Judge at FITw – Italian Twirling Federation.

He is Vice Director and member of the Editorial Board of the Italian Review of Sport Law and Economy – Rivista di Diritto ed Economia dello Sport (RDES) and Author of publications and articles on sports law topics, in particular for the International Sports Law and Policy Bulletin edited on a yearly basis by the research centre Sports Law and Policy Centre directed by Professor Michele Colucci.

He lectures, directs and/or organises sports law programmes, conferences and courses at national and international level.
